I will be conducting a hands-on morning session at 8 A.M. to Noon on Active Muscle Therapy techniques combine active muscle contraction, stripping and broadening massage strokes and resistance, helping to break up myofascial restrictions faster and with less effort.

The functional range of motion and increased strength and endurance achieved will help clients to more quickly resume their normal activities and lifestyles.

International Research Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health

Jeffrey Forman, PhD, NCTMB & Glenn Martinson-De Anza College & Michael E. Rogers, PhD- Wichita State University; will be presenting the Effects of Home-Based Neck Care Treatment and Eccentric Resistance Combined with Massage Programs on Pain and Function in Office Workers at International Research Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health.
This study has also been accepted for online publication in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine


Nebraska AMTA Board Meeting and Luncheon.

This is a six hour Active Muscle Therapy workshop for the Nebraska chapter of the AMTA that runs from 9am-12pm & 2pm-5pm on October 12th, 2013.
